Missions are the most reliable source of gacha tickets. Each day you get 3 dailies and each week 2 weeklies, with goals and types picked at random from the templates below.
Daily mission templates

Rewards are collected on the Missions screen. Templates and values come from the game's mission data file and may change with patches.
Clearing missions fast
- Type missions: wait for a single-type horde event or pick a partner with a super-effective move (type chart).
- Survive / level missions: use your most upgraded partner (upgrades).
- Locked chests: stand next to them for a few seconds; they also give held items.
- Rift weekly: rifts now appear at least every ~2.5 minutes, see rifts.
- Spend the tickets in the gacha.
